Bleeding in Pregnancy

What are the causes of bleeding in early pregnancy? Result showing positive on strip and urine test. But in ultrasound, it is showing nothing. Please guide what to do?

It shows that the hormonal support for pregnancy is a little weak, perhaps start of pregnancy. So, ultrasound might not be showing anything. I'll advise you to visit a gynecologist soon.
