Bleeding while passing stool

A month ago, I got myself thoroughly checked. A few days back when I passed stool it hurt really bad and the entire process was really hard. Due to which the walls were damaged and today again the same happened and it is difficult for me to sit. My question is what should I do about it? It has been a few days that it is bleeding. Is it normal? Does the bleeding stay for 40 days?

Dear Patient,

It seems like you have an anal fissure/hemorrhoids. You will need to see a general surgeon who can view your rectum and confirm this & treat it.
Meanwhile, eat foods that are not binding(Google has a list), have lots of water, eat fruits n vegetables with peel, eat high fiber foods. Take ispaghol husk 1tbsp in lukewarm water daily before bed. Eat overnight soaked figs, papaya, etc. Avoid constipation at all costs. Apply mycitracin ointment after stool & xylocaine jelly before stool to ease defecation.
