Bleeding while passing stool

It seems like you have an anal fissure/hemorrhoids. You will need to see a general surgeon who can view your rectum and confirm this & treat it.
Meanwhile, eat foods that are not binding(Google has a list), have lots of water, eat fruits n vegetables with peel, eat high fiber foods. Take ispaghol husk 1tbsp in lukewarm water daily before bed. Eat overnight soaked figs, papaya, etc. Avoid constipation at all costs. Apply mycitracin ointment after stool & xylocaine jelly before stool to ease defecation.
