Blocked Nose

My 8 years old daughter has some kind of blockage in the nose because she keeps her mouth open while sleeping. She has this problem since her birth. She has started snoring now. For this problem, I haven't taken her to any doctor yet. please tell me the solution. is there any home remedy for this?
