BLOOD in Stool

About a month ago I noticed blood before and after stool for like twice. After that there's no blood but its itching and pain after stool. I was busy in exams and couldn't search for a doctor. Plz help me what is this

Dear Patient,

Do you suffer from constipation? Can you feel any lump or soft skin sticking out of your anal region? Does it hurt to sit? You could be suffering from piles/hemorrhoid or fissure secondary to constipation of excessive straining. Try taking one tbsp of ispaghol husk in lukewarm water before bedtime daily. Increase your fiber (fruits n vegetables with peel) and water intake. For your anal region apply Mycitracin ointment for pain and maintain anal hygeine and remove unwanted hair if present.
If bleeding occurs or you feel lump, kindly show a general surgeon at any good setup near you.
