Blood pressure medicine

I want to know that my blood pressure is 140/ 100 doctors suggest me concur 2 .5 mg and Diovan 80 mg I want to know if I m taking this tablet my blood pressure remains normal or it can be increased in the day

Dear Patient,

When is your bp high, before or after taking medicine? What time of the day is it high? Do you use a digital or manual machine? If the machine is digital, bp is high after exertion, without meds or if u don't walk nor have reduced salt in food then this is expected. Medicine alone won't help. You must walk, avoid outside foods n take food with less salt, have fruits n veggies. Chart your bp twice a day daily for a week n attach a photo with your answer when you reply.
