Blood spots and Pregnancy

Asked for Female, 31 years

On behalf of a friend. She got married on 26 April. Her lmp was on 4 June. She did not get periods in July. but today she was facing constipation problem, & while trying to pass stool she got blood spots. She wanna know that is something there to worry about? Or everything ok? Or she should see a dr? Secondly which month of her pregnancy is going on?

Thank you for your query. Has she done any urine dipstick test for pregnancy? Did the blood come with stool or mixed in stool? Did it hurt her after defecation? She should see a female general surgeon for it. As for pregnancy first, do the pregnancy test to confirm and then an ultrasound pelvis.
