Body Jerks during physiotherapy

My daughter holds her neck partially so our Neuro-physician recommended us physiotherapy. The physiotherapist uses the heat technique and stretches her whole body but, when the therapy starts, my daughter gets body jerks. Is it normal? Are these jerks cause of the wrong type of therapy?

Dear Patient,

These do not sound ok and you should re-consult the neurophysician again about this. Unless he warned you about these effects from before. Kindly make a video of what happens when these techniques are used and confirm with him or one of our neuro-specialists if this mode of treatment should be continued.
It doesn't mean that the therapy is wrong, maybe your daughter needs milder care or a different technique.
