Boiling Bottle

What is the accurate method of boiling feeder bottle? How much time should a bottle boil? N can we run a normal tap or cold water after boiling bottle to make temperature low or to remove white powder stick after boiling? Also tell me is pacifier n feeding cups also need to boil if the baby is taking formula in feeding cup?

Dear Patient,

You can bring water to boiling temperature then put all the parts of feeder inside making sure to cover them in the water, then immediately turn the stove off after putting a lid on. Let it be for 5mins then you can remove it. If you run unboiled tap water on it it would not remain sterilized. If you want to wash it you can do so with cooled boiled water. Pacifiers and feeding cups (if safe in hot water) can be boiled similarly.
