Breast tenderness one week after period

I ended my period on the 15th of March and about a week later my breasts started to feel really sore and tender. My breasts usually feel a bit tender before my period but I just finished my period and I’m not expecting it for a little over 2 weeks. I have never felt something like this after my period.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. There is a premenstrual and a postmenstrual syndrome. Sometimes things vary depending on the fluctuations of your hormones, moods etc. You need not worry about these things and just do icing or warm compresses for relief till it passes. If pain persists consult a medical specialist.
