Brown Patch

My son is 5 years old. From the last few months, I noticed his skin near the belly button changed to a brown patch and gradually it turned into white patches. I am very worried Kindly guide me

Are these patches elsewhere too? Does he have any health issues you've noticed? This seems like a pigmentation problem but I would recommend showing this to a child/skin specialist just to get expert advice.
