Bump on Breasts

Can you attach a photo so we can assess it better? How big is it? When and how did you first notice it? Has it grown since then? Is it attached to the overlying skin or separate from if and can slip under the skin? Have you noticed any discharge from it or your nipple? Do you have a history of breast cancer in your family?
