C section stitches

I got a C section and 3 days later my wound drained and eventually my doctor had to remove all of the stitches. It has been 2 months now that there is a gap there. I can’t work or even walk because the cut starts to bleed. The doctor says that it will heal automatically by time. Can anyone please guide me if that is a correct approach? What else should I do for a quick recovery? How long does it take for such deep and open wounds to recover? Do I need to take any precautions?

How long ago was the c-section? What medications are u consuming or applying? Have tablet One a day daily. Apply mycitracin ointment to wound. Kindly show one of the doctors below for a second opinion, they will review your wound n suggest if treatment is needed. These wounds should heal in 6-8 weeks. If its been longer perform a fasting blood sugar test and then see a gyne. Avoid lifting weights or climbing stairs unnecessarily.
