Canker Sores

My 3 year old baby frequently gets sores on his tongue it been almost 8 months now I did visit doc they just prescribed some oral gel-like Miconazole and 1 prescribed herbal one, these sores usually heal over a week but reappear in the same or new locations. are they canker sores? what could be the reason for these? Please advise

It is usually due to lack of micronutrients, stress or a certain type of food and fruits

Start syrup lysovit 1 tbsp once daily for 1 month and syrup bisleri 1 tsp once daily for 3 months

Hydrate child regularly. And avoid oily and spicy diet.
