Chest Infection

My son age 3 years has chest infection by birth, which is now heading to asthema allergy. He coughes day and night badly, some times fever specially at evening and early in the morning, had tried different remedies and doctor. Nebulization and antibiotics soothes him for the time being as soon as he stops taking medicine it comes back I don't want him to b on steroids since so young age please suggest some reliable doctor who helps me.

I recommend a CHEST specialist, not child specialist. You will have to choose one from our main page, all our doctors are commendable in their field..also for the fever at night and persistent cough does ask the dr about the possibility of TB.
I would recommend keeping your room clean and clutter free, washing his blankets, toys, sheets, curtains regularly with a mild regular detergent.
