Chest Pain

I am having pain twice a day from long time now, that's kinda between belly and chest and for few minutes it's so strong that I can hardly breathe. Anything serious, should I visit doctor? i avoid usually.

It seems like reflux, but if it doesnt settle with the advise im giving below then theres no harm in seeking advise from a medical specialist.
Take Cap Risek 20mg before breakfast daily for a week. Avoid outside and spicy foods. Eat fresh fruits vegetables and yogurt in your diet, walk for 10mins after meals atleast.
