Child vomiting, fever & flue

Hi. My question targets Peads doctor and expect an expert suggestion. I have a 2 year old daughter and she is not eating anything. Whatever she eats, she vomits . she has light fever, flue, vomiting. Please advise medication if you can. Thank you.

In my opinion, from the history you shared, her lack of appetite could be due to flu, and whenever she eats the phlegm must come out too. Vomiting is good in kids because thats their only way to take out phlegm. You can continue to nebulize her with 2cc normal saline mixed in half ampuole of clenil A. Give her warm foods like yakhni and avoid cold, fried n sour foods n candies of all types. Givr Panadol before meals- give foods like oats
