Climatic Change Nausea

We flew in from UAE to Pakistan a few weeks ago and my son started throwing up since last night. I am not sure if it is because of climatic changes or some bacteria. For now, i have given him Gravinate liquid. There is no fever or loose stools. Any suggestions for handling this situation?

Dear Patient,

Continue giving gravinate for nausea and vomit. Give plain and light foods made at home like khichri, flavoured yogurt, sagoodana, oats etc.
If fever occurs kindly give calpol or brufen. Avoid water from any local company. Try finding a brand local to UAE.
Give half tsp motiliun syrup before breakfast & dinner to ease his stomach and help digestion.
If the problem persists please see a child specialist in the clinic.
