Cold and Cough

My son had a stuffy nose 4 days ago. After a couple of days later He started to cough really hard throwing up mucus while he coughed in his sleep. No fever at all. The vomiting didn’t happen all day and his nose began to run and is no longer stuffy. But the cough is really bad. We took him in to the nearby clinic where the on duty checked him out and said it was an allergy with mucous in his chest. She asked to give him honey with something called suhaga mixed in, 4 times a day.

Dear Patient,

Congestion is common in these seasons. Try nebulizing daily 2-3 times with 1cc saline and 1cc Atom mixed. Do this for ten mins each time.
Apply woodward baby chest rub on him before bed( back chest and soles and make him wear socks, don't cover head)z before every feed put a drop of Norsaline nasal drops in both nostrils.
Make sure to wash and clean thoroughly all blankets and surfaces the child rests on, clean room well before placing child there to avoid allergies. Keep a humidifier on in the room where the baby sleeps. Continue this for a week. Give 5ml syrup Zyrtec b4 bed.
