Cold and Flu

My son is 15months old, he caught with flu and cough on an almost weekly basis, after giving antibiotic course he just feels two-three days better than again flu starts, what should I do to enhance his immunity and cure him of cold???

Dear Patient,

Give him fresh haldi, cinnamon powder, pure honey (a pinch of these mixed in his meals would boost his immunity). Avoid late/cold showers. Give steam regularly. Avoid outside foods like chips juices and candies. Give yakhni after bath. Keep his room and things dust free. Keep pets away. Discuss his case with his pediatrician.
