Cold and Vomiting

I got treated for my common cold, a week ago. Even now I am feeling tired and have difficulty breathing due to blocked nasal. Sometimes I feel like vomiting too. Is this normal after having a cold or not? Also, my cold lasted for 5 days.

Dear Patient,

You should take steam twice a day with cloves or Vicks in it.
Take tablet telfast 120mg once at night for a week. Hopefully, things will improve then.
