For a 7 mth old we do not recomend any medications. There are a number of things you can do to relieve gassiness.If the child is bottle fed, make sure when the nipple goes in his mouth its full of milk, not air.Give the child lots of tummy time. Lay a clean cloth on the floor and put the child on it with his belly down n face to the side. Make sure that the childs nose is not pressed or he will get suffocated, u can even refer to videos online for tummy time.
This should be done atleast an hr after feeds or empty stomach.
