Congesion and upset stomach

for my 3 years old daughter ,who is suffering from congesion and cough,im giving her olcuf syrup and rigix syrup and nebulize her,but now she also has upset stomach,motion one or two in a day,subah vomit b hui, inner area of lips are red.. And she is not taking any food nor drink milk..which medicine is suitable for her( entamizole syrup pilaya hai just abi) Please reply soon..

Dear Patient,

We can tell you basic management at home, with so many problems its best to meet a child specialist.
give her soft diet with no spices, khichri, room temperature yogurt, banana, sagoodana, Pedialyte. give ispaghol. give biflor once a day. maintain good hygiene and water intake.
continue the medication for cough. stop allergy medicine if its been a week. give myteka sachet once daily for ten days if cough n flu isn't improving.
if there is fever manage it with calpol/brufen syrup and consider seeing a doctor for antibiotics.
