Constipation Problem

Dear Patient,

Some kids are prone to constipation which is why despite a good diet they can have motions. Stop giving him any outside/processed foods and see if it helps. Soak figs in water overnight and in the morning give him milk in its water or its water separately. Give the figs in pureed form.
Also u can give him 1 tsp of brown sugar (gurr ki cheeni) in 1oz of water, once its dissolved u can make his milk in this and add plain water to make the right consistency. These should help with the constipation.
If his constipation is still now relieved u can give him 10ml of Syrup lilac once every night till its better. If needed see specialist
