Asked for Female, 26 years

Which is the best contraceptive to use from day 1 of marriage except for condom. Considering both the girl and guy are virgin. The one which has the minimum of side effects. Have heard that some contraceptive can lead to weight gain and infertility in the future. There are some days in a month where it is said that there are least chances to get pregnant, so can we have intercourse without any worry during this time?

Dear Patient,

No that's not a safe and stress-free method to practice contraception. Condoms are a common way of avoiding pregnancy but depo Provera injections and IUD is better.
Most people are reluctant to use these due to concerns of side effects. Familia 28 or Meliane are also good medicines
