My 40 years old mother has a problem like this. (see pictures) such a painful. she use BETASALIC OINT. any suggestion

Dear Patient,

Soak her water daily in warm water with 1 tsp salt for 20mins before bed, pat dry it and then apply a thick layer of Vaseline and put on some socks before bed. Do this daily for 2-3 months to see a good change. Protect her feet all day from moisture and dust. Dry feet after washing and wear socks/closed shoes. If things don't improve then kindly see a skin specialist or foot specialist.
