Cramps due to Insulin

Why is that so when ever my mum used the insulin(any brand) her figures and legs start cramping also rashes occur on legs and feet they are very much pain full I also Google this problem (cramping) and its a side effect of the insulin what we can do in this regard because according to doctors there is no side effects so much worried about her.

Im unaware of such a side effect of insulin and was hoping you want to meet a medical specialist and get her electrolytes tested to see if their imbalance is causing these cramps and pain.
