Crying Spells

My son is absolutely fine but he has started episodes of crying. He cries during his sleep also. I have seen two teeth inside gums but they have not popped out yet. Moreover, he is scratching his head also. Could this be teething? Any remedy?

Dear Patient,

Im sorry to hear this. Yes it could be teething if hes uncomfortable/agitated/refusing food/not sleeping well,etc.
You can give him cucumber to rub on his gums, keep clean towel soaked in water in a clean back in the freezer and massage his gums with it. You can also wash your hands well and rub your fingers gently on his gums as if to massage it and help teething.
Check his head for dandruff/lice/pimples on his head. Send us a photo if you see anything
