Current spreads

From past few days I am experiencing something like as if a current spreads in my brain. It feels like starting from the right side parietal lobe towards central sulcus. Stays for a maximum of 30 seconds then I sit or lie down and then everything gets back normal again. It happens mostly when I am studying (doesn’t happen always). No headache associated. No BP. could anyone guide me what is this issue? How am I supposed to get rid of it?

Dear Patient,

Do you experience any dizziness, nausea, change of mood/appetite/weight/memory? Do you have difficulty seeing far objects or focusing? Consider getting your eyes tested. Do u use any drug? Does any1 in your family experience this?
I'm sure this is smth scary and worrisome for you. But if there are no other associated symptoms along with this we cannot proceed to further tests & exam. You will need to practice breathing n meditation exercises, walk 20mins daily, eat fresh fruits/veggies n have plenty of water. If the symptoms progress you can meet a specialist.
