Decreasing Milk

Asked for Female, 29 years

What to do for continuously decreasing milk supply? My baby is 6 months old. I take 3- 4 liters of water along with 2 glasses of milk daily. Have tried taking zeera and hi-lacta capsules too. My diet is fine. Any lactation consultant who can guide me about this?

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately we dont have lactation specialists online. You can consult one in the clinic, or a gynecologist/breast surgeon to rule out any abnormality. We would also recommend taking 2 tablets of motilium thrice a day to increase flow.
