Delayed Walking

My daughter is 20 month haven't start walking but cruise all over, stands at own for 5 to 10 seconds but she keep her feet usually in outward position so couldnt take step shes flat feet..crawl at 1year.no past illness.her speech, health, weight & other milestones are perfect... Is it normal ? What reasons behind this delay?

Although alhumdulillah all other parameters seem normal, this is a significant delay in her walking milestone.
We cannot tell you the reason behind this unfortunately since we cant examine the child. We recommend you first see a child specialist and ask them for rehabilitation plan or physiotherapy to help your child if needed
