Diabetic neuropathy

My mother in law is diabetic patient and suffering from diabetic neuropathy esp. on legs complete loss of sensation in foot. Kindly suggest any home remedy to treat this condition because it is getting worse day by day. Also tell me about primose oil because I have heard that this oil is effective in this condition.

Please also test her Serum B12 and make sure there's no deficiency causing these symptoms as well.
Use a combination of vitamin E and EVening primrose oil in dosages ranging from 400 mg and 500-1000 mg, respectively, for both drugs. Some researches prove benefit in most patients when both these medicines are used together. Follow up with one of our doctors after 1 mth of use.
