Diet after Pneumonia

Asked for Male, 4 years

My 3.5 year old was diagnosed with pneumonia ten days ago. He got IV as well as an oral antibiotic. I want to know what should be his diet now. Anything to avoid? And also any other tips for recovery and further prevention.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. In glad he has recovered. How is he now? Just avoid junk food, candies, beverages, avoid ice-cream. Make sure you don't leave him naked under the fan/AC when sweaty or after bathing. Treat his cold and flu immediately. He should be fine iA.
