Disturbed Sleep

Dear Patient,

Your child needs routine and she needs physical exhaustion to help her sleep consistently. You should wake her up early and after giving her a good breakfast place her on a small kids car that she can drive with feet or a jumping toy for some hours. Then you should put her in the bath with toys and let her play. After this, you can give her lunch and put her down for a nap. If you feel your child will not nap then you can give her blocks or toys to play. In the evening take her to any park and let her run slide and explore nature. This way she will get extremely tired. Give her some fruits to eat and a glass of milk before. After playing, you can give her dinner and make her sleep at a fixed time.
