Disturbed Sleep

Since few days before Ramzan, sleep pattern got disturbed alot. Sleeps at 8-9am and then gets up at 3-4 pm. Currently, there is no studies and work load too. Also, there is no stress or tension. Kindly please suggest some measures to set up the routine again.

The only way to correct this is to wake up early on a given day, stay sleep deprived and go to bed early. Avoid caffeine after 6 pm and have lots of water, dim the lights and avoid TV, laptop and phone screen.
