Dry cough sometime with littlebit sputam

I have dry cough but sometime with little bit sputam i have used cough syrup but still have cough its 4 weeks now

You should take tablet telfast 120mg once at night for 1week. Also take cough syrup reltus 2tbsp full three times a day for one week. If this doesnt help, follow up with us or a general physician.
