Dull and Constant Pain

I'm having a dull constant pain since morning on the right side of the belly button and it sometimes spreads towards the back on the right side. but during aftari after drinking water this area become heavy and had the feeling of fullness. What could be the reasons?

I'm sorry to hear that. Given on the limited information we cannot be sure of what exactly it is, it could be due to kidneys, liver or appendix depending on other symptoms along with it. I would recommend keeping yourself well hydrated between fasts and take water slowly and in small amounts at a time. Also try taking room temperature water rather than cold. It is likely this is due to load on kidneys. It should resolve itself but if it doesn't consider an ultrasound KUB.
