Eating Disorder

Since a year I developed the bad habit of eating pencil graphite. I daily eat 3 to 4 pencils. Plz advice what should I do to avoid this bad habit, and what are the side effects of eating pencils. I also have a craving for mud and stones.

I'm so sorry to hear that. This can lead to lead poisoning and anemia amongst other things. Read up on pica, lead poisoning and worm infestation. For starters eat one whole tablet Vermox every six months and take a 6weeks course on tablet Iberet folic.
