My mother has never exercised before, her entire life. 5 months back, she underwent hysterectomy. My question is can she do exercises especially the abs exercise?

Dear Patient,

Ofcourse. there are some simple measures to be taken:

- 30 mins before starting exercise she can eat a fruit or cup of yogurt
- start slow with 20 mins walk and slowly start exercises at a gym with instructor
- at the end walk again for 10-15 mins to slow down the heart
- have lots of water during the day 14-16 glasses
