Extreme Loose Motion

My daughter is 17month old and the problem is from the last two days she is having extremely loose stomach...she is passing watery stools after every half hour...I have given her bananas yogurt mint water but still, she is passing stools even after eating banana...plz suggest me any medicine.

Dear Patient,

Is there fever or vomiting associated aswell?
Is the child stressed?
Can you distinguish between loose stools and increased stool frequency with semisolid stool? Because the later is harmless

-keep your child hydrated by giving paedealite liquid
-give enterogermica liquid twice a day for at least 5 days
-give baby a low fat diet and notice for any allergies
