Feeling Cold

Salam... I delivered a baby via normal delivery 26 days ago... after delivery I feel cold even fan is slow.. I live in lahore and weather is quite hot.. Is it post delivery weakness or something else ? I am taking my regular multivatimans pregnovit and osnate d.. please suggest me something
