Feeling Dizzy

What could be the reason of male 57 years old feeling dizzy and lightheaded while walking. Has a history of high blood pressure and high sugar. Patient also feels nauseated and complains of headache. Also wakes up with a headache at the backside.

Its best to check his sugar immediately or give him a toffee(if sugar cannot be checked) to see if symptoms improve as this may be happening due to sudden drop of sugar. Does he eat his meals at regular times or skip food? Is his bp in control? The headache may be due to migraine or high bp.
