Fever and Nose block

Aoa.. my 4.5 months baby having slight fever and nose block and slight cough as my 2 more daughters caught viral.. so she got affected by them.. and may 4.5 months baby has a heart defect tetrology of fallot.. I'm giving her panadol infant 3ml sge is 6.45kg.. with how much duration can i give her, and for how long should i nebolize her with saline... jazakALLAH

Dear Patient,

3ml is a lot for a 5mth old. Give her half that dose six hrly if needed. Get the imported panadol or local calpol. Give only if fever is higher than 100. Do cold sponging. You can nebulize two to theee times/dy. put 2 drops of norsaline pediatric nasal drops before each feed in each nostril.
Rub woodward chest rub on chest n soles before sleeping. If she breathes fast, fever is above 102, or child is distressed for long then go to emergency immediately.
