Fever during Pregnancy

Frequent walking every two hrs with circular movements of all joints and sips of water are recommended on long routes.
If you have a fever along with hard breasts you probably have an abscess or collection of pus filled fluid in your breasts. You will need to perform hot compresses using towels and then massage your breasts 5-7 times a day to release milk. Your milk is piling up and needs to be expressed and released. You will need to visit a gynecologist who can examine you and refer you if need be for draining of abscess with suitable antibiotics. Excessive panadol isn't recommended either.
