Fissure Mass

About a year ago I got an anal fissure that was painful and bleeding, considering it hemorrhoids I visited a doctor and he recognized it as fissure. He recommended medication but that couldn't help, later on I got another fissure. Finally I consulted with a homeopathic doctor. He gave me medicines that stopped bleeding and pain as well. But there's a mass of both fissures hanging out. Is there any way to get rid of that mass without surgery.
