Put one drop norsaline nasal drops in each nostril of the child before bedtime and feed. Fill a small bathroom with steam n sit with your child daily for ten mins 2-3times/day. There's no need to expose the child directly to the steamer. Rub Woodward's chest rub on the child's chest. The mother can take Tab softin 10mg at night for a week, panadol if there's throat ache, warm soups, and turmeric-honey-lemon water.
