Focus problem while going down

My sister is 27 years old. She has normal IOP, right eye 11 and left eye 13. She has had problems with focusing while going down in the stairs. Our maternal grandmother has open angle glaucoma. There is no other relevant family history. She suffers from Sjogren's syndrome and visits an ophthalmologist regularly. She has large deep symmetrical discs. please tell what should we do

Dear Patient,

As you probably know dry eyes are a huge part of Sjogren's syndrome. They do often cause focusing problems.
Use
- Systane eye drops four times a day and even if she wakes up at night if necessary.
- Artlelac gel during the day
- Lacrilube at night
- Eat one fish oil capsule daily (make sure you find a halal version because most are not Halal.
- try using a gel eye pad which you warm up every day in the microwave and wear lying down for 15 minutes.
- Do find out from your ophthalmologist if a silicon eye massaging tool is good for the patient.
