Food Poisoning

Asked for Female, 31 years

I got food poisning since wednesday...tummy upset,abdominal cramps nd fever....im on antibiotics but still its not controlled as my doctor said she can't give me heavy medicine because I'm breastfeeding. Please help what should I do 2 control abdominal cramps and what food should i take (i'm only having khichdi yoghurt and ORS)

You can take banana, sagoodana, cooked apples, potato mash without milk/butter etc. And yogurt, probiotics like enflor sachet, khichri thats all. Diarrhea due to outside food takes time to settle down, you will have to avoid outside food for the rest of your pregnancy.
