My daughter 14 years old recently suffered food poisoning. I want to know what precautions can we take to avoid this in the future?

Dear Patient,

Food poisoning occurs through ingesting dirty and contaminated food. You can avoid giving her outside food and ensure giving her clean home-cooked meals only. Make sure to wash and disinfect her school bottle and lunch box thoroughly.
Make sure your kids consume clean boiled/filtered/mineral water and your water dispenser containers etc are serviced regularly.
