Foot Problem

I was in an accident and fractured my right ankle. It was 8 months ago. Now after an hour or two of walking/standing my foot seizes up and I have to limp. Is my foot not healed? Any Advice?

Dear Patient,

Kindly either get an X-ray of your foot or see an orthopedic if there are swelling and pain.
Remember to soak your foot in warm water and salt daily and apply voltral gel to your feet after. Test your recent vitamin D levels and take CaC-1000 daily for some months.
