You have to give him the same food at the fixed mealtime and not give more options or change variety or kids become picky eaters. One mealtime could be cerelac or egg. Next could be khichri. In evening you could give custard or bread pudding etc and for dinner you could give roti salan. But you need to be patient and keep the child hungry if he doesn't eat. In a week the child would know not to miss meals. Takes time but this is a definite way of helping your child eat healthier.
